Be Energy Limited is an Oil Marketing Company which started its Journey in 2008 as an expansion of the already successful affiliates under Be Energy Group. With the presence in East and Central Africa through the marketing and supply of petroleum products to Uganda, DRC, Burundi, South Sudan and Rwanda.
Be Energy Limited deals in importation and distribution of petroleum products. The company has strategically located its State of the Art Retail Outlets with an aim of reaching every town in Uganda, providing high quality petroleum products and lubricants to its customers. The company continues to rapidly acquire new spacious outlets for a secured wider reach.
With our commitment to growth, Be Energy Limited continues to expand its network of retail locations across the country. The company plans to increase the number of fuel stations and enhance its service offerings in line with evolving customer needs and industry trends. As part of this expansion, Be Energy aims to integrate more innovative technologies, including digital payment systems and further advancements in renewable energy options.

Be Energy logo is the one element that unifies and represents our organization. It has been specially designed to symbolize not only our name, but also what we strive for that is "towards better energy". The lowercase letters used in the logo are friendly and approachable.
The Negative space within letter 'b' represents an oil drop which is the core business of the organization, while the negative space between the letters is a lightning bolt which represents energy. Together the letters create an infinity symbol to show the organization's futuristic approach and
commitment towards better energy.
OUR HISTORY
With an estimated oil demand growth of average 6.2 % p.a. driven by fast developing economies, the East and Central African region presented a ground breaking opportunity for downstream oil business.
Back in 2004, Be Energy was founded as an addition to the already successful affiliates under Be Energy Group with the sole vision “To be the leader in oil and gas supply for the region”. Few top brand companies existed, and competition was purely under supply and demand. Over the period, increased competition, strict price and capacity regulation has seen survival and growth of only the most efficient and most adapted.
Be Energy’s vision is fulfilled, with presence in East Africa through the marketing and sale of petroleum products to Uganda, DRC, Burundi, South Sudan and Rwanda. With Globalization and the need for affordable petroleum products further inland, the company strategizes to capture a wider niche within the region like Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia.
